How to Checkout without Paypal at LindeeGEmbroidery

Our web shop offers the ability to pay with either Paypal or a credit card. Yes, we do use Paypal as our payment processor, or our bank, but that doesn't mean you have to use that bank's credit card.

So let's see how to do that. I've already got an item in my shopping cart and I'm ready to check out.

This yellow Notice is because I didn't complete my checkout from a previous shopping spree. So if you panicked during checkout because you thought you were going to have to use Paypal, you're cart is preserved for you unless you removed items.

Notice I now have the PayPal Check out option. If I want to use Paypal and I'm ready to checkout, I can just click that now. Do make sure you are logged in so that your order is attached to the right account, otherwise if your Paypal account has a different email, PayPal will create an account for you and your order will be tied to that.

If I want to pay with a credit card, then hit the charcoal checkout button.

On the next screen PayPal is still offering it's option but just continue again. On the final screen, press Confirm Order and you'll get to this screen.

Even at this point you can still pay with Paypal or you can click the gray bottom button to pay with a Debit or Credit Card. One reason you see all these options to use Paypal is that PayPal is our payment processor or our "bank" so we can't really control that. Also, if you are having a problem getting the payment to go through, you'll need to contact Paypal because they are the ones handling it, not us. It's like you went to that bank to make a payment, which they'll then send to us. Well, at least part of it anyway!

Once you've paid, you can download as before.

So yes, it's entirely possible to pay with other means. Just don't freak out at all the encouragements from Paypal to use it instead!
