Is Relapsing Multiple Sclerosis Progressive? [JAMA Neurology Study on "PIRA"]

Is relapsing multiple sclerosis actually progressive? This post-hoc analysis of the OPERA I and OPERA II studies (Ocrevus vs. Rebif in relapsing MS), the majority of worsening disability was not actually due to relapses (only 17% was!).
