Hi Friends,
I am excited to bring you guys my labor and delivery vlog. As with all births it was emotional and also unexpected as it was so fast. I did not think my labor will be only 3 hours. I planned on getting an epidural as I did with my previous deliveries but this time it was too late. I am glad I had the chance to experience unmedicated birth as it was a different experience for birth and postpartum recovery.

I hope you all enjoyed this labor and delivery vlog and that it helps for all the moms out there to see how birth looks like.
