When John Meadows recommends a gym, you listen. So, Ron took to Instagram and looked up “VB IRON,” and Ron’s “gym sense” might have been tingling because he was already following them. It was time to hop on a jet to Virginia Beach and meet Kenny in this episode of MUTANT on a Mission. This 8000-sq. ft. facility is crammed with quite a few rare gems and just straight-up hard-core gym equipment you won't find in commercial gyms. Kenny and Ron get a shoulder session on, and Ron finds himself in unfamiliar territory, trying six new things he’s never seen before. The East Coast never lets him down as Ron recounts (maybe with a little envy) that you find things in the east that you can’t seem to find anywhere else.
