Chucky's Daughter Tizzy makes RED SNAPPER!

I had no idea at the time, but this would be my last time on Chucky's yard. Tizzy was taking care of the place while her father was away in USA.

It's a beautiful rainy afternoon in Portland Jamaica! Chucky's daughter is cooking up one of the most delicious fish on the planet, Jamaican style RED SNAPPER stuffed with Pak Choy and fried plantain on the side. We chat about doggy nicknames, red snapper prep, pak choi vs bok choy, pick some fresh okra from Chucky's garden, attempt to pick some brown coconuts, and sample this beautiful BBQ fish!
