姜:適量
蒜頭:適量

花椒:適量
八角:適量

啤酒:500毫升

—— 鴨翼冷水下鍋,放姜和料酒,進行灼水
—— 灼水20分鐘,撈起漂浮的浮沫
—— 灼水後,用清水浸泡並沖洗
—— 沖洗乾淨後,晾乾水分,並用廚房紙把鴨翼擦乾
Step 1: Handling the duck wings
—— Put the duck wings in a pot when water is cold, put ginger and cooking wine, and boil the water
—— Boil the water for 20 minutes, pick up the floating foam
—— After boiling water, soak and rinse with clean water
—— After rinsing, dry the water and dry the duck wings with kitchen paper
02:22 步驟二:製作啤酒炆鴨翼
—— 熱鍋時放油,然後調成小火,放入薑片,把姜片煎至金黃色
—— 姜片煎至金黃後,放入蒜頭和其餘香料,調成中火翻炒出味
—— 所有食材炒出香味後,撈起備用
—— 撈起後,調成大火,放入鴨翼,煎至金黃色
—— 煎至金黃後,放入適量的白酒,繼續使用大火翻炒
—— 放入剛炒好的食材,繼續翻炒
—— 調成中火,進行調味,
【調味料】:
糖:2茶匙
鹽:適量
醬油:1湯匙
蠔油:1湯匙
雞粉:適量
胡椒粉:少量
老抽:0.5湯匙
啤酒:500毫升
—— 調味後,待醬汁煮沸後把鴨翼倒入砂鍋里,蓋上鍋蓋,中火燜煮30分鐘
Step 2: Make beer-braised duck wings
—— Put oil in the hot pan, then reduce the heat to low, add ginger slices, and fry the ginger slices until golden brown
—— After the ginger slices are fried until golden, add garlic and other spices, adjust to medium heat and stir fry for flavour
—— After all the ingredients are fried, take them out and set aside
—— After picking it up, turn it to high heat, put in the duck wings, and fry until golden brown
—— After frying until golden, add an appropriate amount of white wine and continue to stir fry over high heat
—— Put in the freshly fried ingredients and continue to stir fry
—— Turn to medium heat and season
Seasoning:
Sugar: 2 teaspoons
Salt: Appropriate amount
Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
Chicken powder: appropriate amount
Pepper: a little
Dark soy sauce: 0.5 tbsp
Beer: 500ml
—— After seasoning, put the duck wings into the casserole after the sauce boils, cover the pot, and simmer for 30 minutes on medium heat
