Ingredients:

150 grams Potato (boiled & mashed)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Chicken Stock Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
150 grams Corn Flour
Procedure:

1. Boil potato for 15 minutes (or until tender). Peel and mash the potato.
2. Put mashed potato, chicken stock powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper & corn flour in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients all together. Knead until it forms a dough.
3. Form into oblong shape, wrap with cling wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Put on a boiling water and cook for 25 minutes. Refrigerate overnight.
5. Slice thin (about 2 - 3 mm). Scatter in a flat tray and sun dry for 2 days.
6. Transfer in a container for future use. Fry in a hot oil under low heat.
7. Serve with cheese powder or with a dipping spiced vinegar.
