As part of a joke, Naomi (Julia Sarah Stone) and Tracey (Laine MacNeil) try to scare Naomi's sister Carla (Joey King) by summoning the spirit of an evil man named Cyrus Clayton (Ian Gregson), a sawmill worker who was fired for drinking on the job and killed his boss before he lost his leg. But the joke's on them when Carla goes missing and the spirit is let loose in the house.
