In this real estate real story, Dave Robertson shares an experience of what happens when a house is left a mess on closing date. Normally sellers are responsible to clean the home before the transaction closes, but in this case, our buyer client purchased a home in Ottawa that was left filthy :(
Fortunately we are able to overcome the challenge with a bit of negotiations, help from our professional cleaner, and a trip to the dump.
