SpaceX targets March 29, 2026, a Falcon 9 launch for the Transporter 16 rideshare mission to a sun-synchronous orbit from Space Launch Complex 4 East (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.

Transporter-16 is a dedicated smallsat rideshare mission. There are 119 payloads on this flight, including cubesats, microsats, hosted payloads, a reentry vehicle, and orbital transfer vehicles carrying eight of those payloads to be deployed at a later time. To date, SpaceX has launched more than 1,600 payloads to orbit across our entire Rideshare program.

Following stage separation, Falcon 9 will land on the Of Course I Still Love You droneship stationed in the Pacific Ocean.

There is the possibility that residents of Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Ventura counties may hear one or more sonic booms during the launch, but what residents experience will depend on weather and other conditions.
