How To Set Up Hermes Agent To Run Your Day

Hermes Agent is powerful, but the hard part is knowing what to actually give it.

In this video, I show the exact system I would use to set up Hermes Agent as a daily assistant. Instead of starting with random one-off prompts, I make Hermes interview me, audit my work, build a delegation map, choose the first three workflows, schedule a morning check-in, and turn repeated work into reusable skills.

The goal is not to automate your entire life on day one. The goal is to create a small daily loop where Hermes learns what matters, suggests useful work, handles the safe parts, and slowly becomes more personalized over time.
