🗣️ Why Do We Learn to Write Persuasive Texts?
We learn to write persuasive texts because it's the skill we use to advocate for change, influence beliefs, and motivate action in others. It moves beyond simply informing a reader (informational text) to actively convincing them to agree with a point of view, adopt a position, or perform a specific task (like buying a product or voting for a policy).
