This year’s Lecture, “Freeze, Talk and Trade: 3 Principles of Dispute Resolution in Inter-State Disputes” was delivered by Professor Kishore Mahbubani, Distinguished Fellow at the Asia Research Institute, National University of Singapore. Professor Mahbubani discussed both positive and negative case studies; demonstrating how these three principles of dispute resolution – Freeze, Talk and Trade, should be adopted to ameliorate, and even solve long-standing inter-state disputes.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of Singapore Mediation Lecture series.
