Gran Turismo (PS1) - UK vs US Cup with Camaro

Gran Turismo is mostly known for its many Japanese cars but there are also two manufacturers from the UK and two from the US in the game and this video will be about them. I will compete in the UK vs US challenge with the Chevrolet Camaro Anniversary edition that you get from the Clubman Cup.

Don't let the first race fool you. This is not an easy tournament to win with this car. I had to attempt it a total of 3 times and the first race was always the only one that was easy to win. Several of the other cars in the cup are more powerful than mine, so it was a nice challenge for me.

SS R5 and Grand Valley were probably the most interesting races, with battles against multiple cars. High Speed Ring seems completely unwinnable with this car and setup. And yes, I used some wallriding on SS R11. Like I always told you, The Crew is by far not the first game where it is possible.

I am really enjoying this game again and I will try to unlock all the cars and then do some comprehensive tests with them to see which ones are the best in various categories. In Gran Turismo 1 the number of cars is still small enough that this should be possible. In Gran Turismo 2 it would probably already take a whole year. :)

If you don't enjoy any of the current racing games, then you should really give some of the classics a try as well. Many of them can still be a lot of fun today.
