Trimming Pork Spare Ribs into St. Louis Style Ribs part 1

If you have ever wondered how to trim ribs into St. Louis style I have you covered. These are not competition style rather really good back yard ribs. I cooked these on the recteq RT-590 at 275℉ for about 4.5 hours. I glazed them with sauce at the 4 hour mark. Not in the video but I sprayed them with liquid butter every hour. The recteq held temp within 1 degree the entire cook thanks to the SMARTGRILL PID Wi-Pellets Wifi controller.
