Hi everyone! Tonight I will be giving you a relaxing bedtime massage to aid in an excellent night of sleep. This treatment is also beneficial if you suffer from anxiety, depression, or insomnia (like me!). I will begin by brushing out your hair and will use various natural oils as well as sage for the treatment. We will end with a refreshing flavored water for hydration.
