ED's action against Shilpa & Raj Kundra: Agency attaches their properties worth Rs 98 cr under PMLA

According to recent reports, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has intensified its investigation into Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra's involvement in a money laundering case. Allegedly, the couple is under scrutiny in connection with a staggering Rs 6600 crore scam. ED has taken strict action by attaching properties belonging to Raj Kundra, valued at approximately Rs 98 crore. Among the seized assets are Shilpa Shetty's flat in Juhu and a bungalow in Pune. Furthermore, ED has provisionally attached equity shares owned by Raj Kundra. These legal actions have been initiated under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. The Enforcement Directorate is steadfast in its efforts to crack down on financial irregularities and illicit activities in the region.
