Alexandrite - "Emerald by day, Ruby by night,"...Alexandrite the Second,,,WOW
The amazing thing is that very often when I go meteorite hunting I always come across extremely rare crystals and gems. I find meteorites by using the fact that farmers tear off all the stone from the field and leave it at the end of their meadow or at the place where they all leave the collected stone from the field together, so they make my job a lot easier, because I have all the found stone with all the meteorites from an area of 5x5 kilometers in one place. And when I visit three or four such piles that I know regularly collect stone from the property, I am bound to find several small or large meteorites.
A few days ago, I came across a gem that changed its color even in strong sunlight. When I got home, I didn't think much of it, but I took it first to analyze it.
It's an amazing feeling when you realize you've just found the most amazing AND sought after gem in the world and you already have one that you found a few years earlier.
I didn't intend to publish it, but the interest is extraordinary, and it also confirms my entire story from the beginning, I made a video and I hope that passionate collectors will enjoy it.
Take a look
Even the reddest professionally polished ruby in the world looks pale and whitish in the open sun. If the crystal is transparent and transparent, then too strong sunlight will almost completely discolor it. But by bringing it into the shade, you can see very clearly how pronounced the pleochroism is and what colors are inside.
So, the first test of the new gem found a few days ago is the first morning sun, because I'm interested in the color change in the sun and then in the shade, as well as transparency, followed by a lamp in the depth of the room where the sun's rays do not reach.
Of course, all the time I compare it to my first hope.
Both gems are generally colored in an extremely beautiful pastel green-blue color, but this is not really visible in this shot because they are constantly moving in order to better see the color changes.
The patina applied by time and the strongest sunlight gives the gem a faded look and discolors it, but when the stone is removed from the strong sunlight and the lamp is turned on, only then does the color start to burst out with all its strong energy and the colors in the gem change extremely with the change in light that falls on it. You can imagine when naturally patinated stones have such colors, what it looks like when these gems are professionally faceted and polished. WOW!
Since they were found in an alluvial deposit, both are quite rounded.
Structurally, these two are almost identical, although one is almost twice as thick. But the chemical composition is certainly different because the shades are different. The greater the thickness of the stone, the more material the light has to pass through, so the colors are darker.
When light passes through a stone, its color changes, and when it happens on one part of the stone, we see a magical color shift depending on the light that reaches somewhere. Under a lamp that gives off much weaker light, of course, the colors are much denser and completely different.
It's actually about the electromagnetic nature of light and the reaction of atoms that are part of the crystal lattice of the gem.
At the very end you can also see sapphires, which are also changing color, but not as prominently as the other potential blue garnet, which I'm not sure yet if it's a blue garnet, but you can clearly see it changing color.
Every piece of information that I have listed here with full responsibility is completely accurate and it is clear to everyone that it is worth a fortune.
I am a child born in a volcano, I sleep under the glow of lucky stars, I bathe with bears and wake up with the silent stumbling of a fast mountain river.
I offer you prestige and the number one position on the world scene of precious stones. My gems are in many ways the best in the world right now!
Of course, only if I am right about everything I have stated here, and there is a very small chance that I am not right!
All interested passionate, serious collectors and scientists can contact me via e-mail, erkajsn@gmail.com
