We always have a good time when training but last night we LEVELED UP to super saiyin DRAGON level. This year will be the year of the dragon, we will all take on big challenges and CRUSH THEM... I'm going for more dubs, bigger jumps, and tricking, my boys at strength project are working on their own goals...

It was dope to see my guys arash, and dru come out and bang with us at NewHope.... technically I got the invite from arash lol.

But these videos will KEEP on coming, going to be dropping about 4-5 videos a week.
