The Duke Catholic Center was proud and honored to host Father Barron as he engaged the common misconception in contemporary academia that faith is “unreasonable” and for the “unintelligent.” Indeed, reason without a metaphysical foundation ceases to be reasonable!

This talk is a part of the 2014-2015 Duke Catholic Center Lecture Series, which hosts speakers who address various subjects that illuminate the Catholic intellectual tradition and its relevance to the curricular studies of Duke students. All are welcome, regardless of student status, Duke affiliation, or religious affiliation - the more, the merrier. We seek open inquiry and rigorous dialogue!
