First Apple IIe Startup - What to Look For

I just bought an Apple IIe and before I start it up, there are a couple of things to know first.
In this case we are looking at the first boot of an old Apple IIe, looking at caps and making sure the RIFA isn't ready to blow.

What a great time we are having. My goodness. I might throw up.
