4th Gen Ram Exhaust Pressure, ECM Swap, and Turbo Swap Upgrade- with Surprise

VGT quit functioning on my new used Ram dually. Discovered a "non-standard issue" with my backpressure sensor, which led me to a refurbished ECM based on my logic, and then ultimately to a new turbo with actuator in the end.
