Ultrasound Video showing an Ovarian tumor.

This video shows an Ovarian tumor.
An Ovarian tumor is a slow-growing abnormal mass of tissue on or in a woman's ovary. A tumor is a solid mass, unlike a fluid-filled ovarian cyst. A tumor can be benign or cancerous (malignant), but ovarian tumors are typically benign.
The 2 tests used most often (in addition to a complete pelvic exam) to screen for ovarian cancer are transvaginal ultrasound (TVUS) and the CA-125 blood test. It can help find a mass (tumor) in the ovary, but it can't actually tell if a mass is a cancer or benign.

Epithelial tumors can be either benign or very dangerous. About 90 percent of ovarian cancers are epithelial tumors.
Ovarian cancer is difficult to detect in its early stages because there isn't a screening test for it. Also, the symptoms are common for a number of noncancerous conditions.
Symptoms of ovarian cancer
 abdominal pain or bloating.
 constipation.
 increased urination.
 back pain.
 fatigue.
 heartburn.
 feeling full quickly.
Sometimes, in women who are past their menopause, the ovaries do not show up on an ultrasound. This means that the ovaries are small and not likely to be cancerous. If you have a suspicious-looking cyst, your specialist will recommend that you have surgery to remove it.
A tumor can be benign or cancerous (malignant), but ovarian tumors are typically benign. For information on cancerous ovarian tumors, read ovarian cancers. Benign ovarian tumors most commonly occur in women of childbearing age.
The signs or symptoms of ovarian cancer include: bleeding from the vagina that isn't normal (such as heavy or irregular bleeding, bleeding between periods), especially after menopause. frequent discharge from the vagina that is clear, white, or colored with blood. a lump that can be felt in the pelvis or abdomen.
