🏠TIPS ON SAVING FOR YOUR FIRST HOUSE 🏠
- start where you can (understand your financial situation)
- cut back where you can! (takeaways, subscription service's, big nights out, shopping everything! )
- make a budget
- track everything!
- go through all your bank account for the month and see how much you really are spending
- set achievable goals
- set a budget
- create a separate house fund bank account
- look online mortgage calculators to see roughly what you can afford with your salary.
- try your hardest to stay at home as long as you can
- no car loans ( this will look as bad credit & bring your borrow capacity now. )
- no Zip pay , after pay any form of credit (my advice is try close these accounts at least 3-6months before apply for pre-approval)
