How to make Savoury Olive & Ham Cake with The French Baker TV Chef Julien from Saveurs

HAM & OLIVE CAKE -- Makes 2 Loaves
6 eggs beaten with a pinch of salt (helps to break the eggs)
200 g of oil
200 g of white wine
500 g flour
30 g baking powder
Whisk it very well until we have a very smooth mix
Add:
200 g of Emmental Cheese ( or Jarlsberg Swiss)
200 g of green pitted Olives
500 g of diced ham
Butter/grease the tins then flour and divide the dough between the two pans.
Top with extra cheese for a crispy cheese crust.
Bake at 160 C, 325 F or Gas mark 3 until golden brown and a knife comes out clean after being inserted in the loaf.
Have with Salad and French dressing - "It's Delicious" as Julien says.
