Swiss Alps - Romantic Trail to view Eiger

An exciting trip to the Swiss Alps. This route is suitable for anyone who loves walking and nature. By car to Lauterbrunnen, then by train to Wengen, then by cableway to Mannlichen terminal (2230m) and on foot half of hour to the top with a viewing platform in the shape of a crown (2343m). Here you can admire beautiful scenery and mountains, including the famous Eiger peak from the dramatic movie "North Face". Then you can go down by Romantic Trail and go up to train station (10km). Hike over romantic mountain pastures leads you through an enchanting landscape of meadows and pastureland dotted with wild anemones, buttercups, gentians, alpine roses and cotton grass.
