Ontario increases indoor dining limits, Windsor-Essex restaurants can now serve up to 50 people

Big changes to indoor dining rules have some clashing over whether or not it's the right call.
Restaurants in regions in red zones like Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent can now let 50 people inside at a time - a leap from the ten person cap that was in place before.
