Rogoznica is a picturesque holiday resort located on several peninsulas on the Adriatic coast in the northern part of Dalmatia (Croatia). The historical part of the city is located on a peninsula, which can only be reached by a bridge. The greater part of the island is covered with forest, and in the inhabited part, old stone houses dominate, reflecting the former Mediterranean climate. Rogoznica is known as one of the most beautiful and safe ports often visited by sailors. It also has a seaside boulevard and a wide range of holiday apartments and hotels. With its more than 50 km long coastline, the municipality of Rogoznica offers a great selection of beautiful beaches, mainly pebble, concrete and naturally stone beaches. Some of them are located next to the village, and some are hidden in bays with completely preserved nature./
