60 PULL UPS /// "ICE UP"

Check out my 60 pull ups video “ICE UP” that was filmed back in April right before my shoulder surgery. What makes this so special is I accomplished the 60 pull ups with a torn supraspinatus in my left shoulder so I’m really proud of myself for that. 95% of the footage was shot on an iPhone by my sister Janan & my girl @icegoddess & edited by @iamyarayar @_newgenius & @99percentlean 🙌. The concept and video was directed by me. Hope you all enjoy this little treat for Friday the 13th and find some motivation within it. Lastly, rehab is going well I’m slowly getting my strength and endurance back and I’ll be on the bars very soon. Stay tuned #ICEUP
