1. Most Important is bridge ;if you want to learn back handspring, first you will have to learn bridge,if you can proper bridge,

2. Standing bridge with help; you should take help in this step

3.Standing bridge to full Back handspring will help , you can take 2 friend’s help,

And you will do soft surface ,

4. Get strong hands ; handstand with wall and do push push ups ,

When you will do Practice (Back handspring),first of fall you should do Warm Up (5-10min running or any Jumping exercise,Stretching) After that you should start practice,
Don’t hurry up,do more practice and safely
