Is Atlantis Dubai Actually Worth It With Kids? 👀 Full Family Day Review

I feel like Atlantis is one of those places you either absolutely love… or avoid because you think it’s going to be a bit chaotic with kids.

But this weekend it was honestly so good.

We did a full day - Aquaventure, The Lost Chambers and the dolphin encounter - and it just worked so well as a family plan.

First thing to know - there are UAE resident offers on at the moment, which make it so much more doable. You can book directly through the Atlantis website (just search Aquaventure resident offer) and there are different options depending on whether you want just the waterpark or to add experiences like dolphins.

Aquaventure itself has loads to do for all ages - big slides for older kids, lazy river, splash areas for younger ones - so it’s easy to spend a full day there. Also worth noting: Neptune Tower is currently closed, but honestly it didn’t impact our day at all, there’s still so much open that the kids didn’t even notice.

The biggest difference right now is that it’s not as busy, so no long queues and it just feels much more relaxed.

We then did The Lost Chambers which is such a nice change of pace - and the mermaid show is 100% worth timing properly, the kids were completely mesmerised.

And the dolphin encounter was probably the highlight. It’s not just a quick photo moment - they actually learn about the dolphins, how they’re cared for etc, which made it feel really special (and slightly educational which I’ll take).

Also… the weather right now is perfect. You can actually stay all day without overheating.

We left exhausted (obviously), slightly soggy, but very happy - which is always the sign of a good day.

Would really recommend if you’re looking for something to do with the kids at the moment 🤍
