Blue Eagle News for Friday, 3-6-26 (S10:E41)
Good morning Eagles welcome to Blue Eagle News, Today is March 6th, Happy Friday. I’m Gabriella Deda
And I’m Haily Nguyen
A reminder for all juniors that Capstones are due March 15th.
On April 22nd, WHS juniors will take the SAT, while sophomores take the PSAT 10 and freshmen take the PSAT 8/9. There are two modules that total 64-minutes of Reading & Writing questions, and two modules that total 70-minutes of Math section. This is a digital test that you will take on your chromebook. On the screen are two QR codes that you can use to access practice materials through Khan Academy and the College Board's Bluebook app. By practicing independently a little bit each week, you can feel more prepared and confident on test day. Good luck!
Lorelei and Madelyn are here to talk to you about Paddle Up for Parkinson's!

Hi, I’m Lorelei FrazziniKendrick
And I’m Madelyn Wethje
And we’re inviting you to our fundraiser, Paddle Up For Parkinson’s, on April 4th from 6pm to 9pm at the Rocky Hill Tennis Center.
We started this pickleball fundraiser last year as a way to support both of our fathers, who have Early Onset Parkinson’s Disease.
About 1 million people in the US live with Parkinson’s, and there is currently no cure.
Any contribution is crucial and helps us get closer to our goal!
Last year we welcomed over 200 people and raised over $13,500 for the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.
We hope to see you on April 4th for another night of Pickleball, raffles, and community!
And, if you can’t attend in person, please consider donating because any bit helps!
