This mule was headed toward having no future. A lot of people would have written her off, moved her along, or decided she just wasn’t worth the trouble.

But Terri stepped in.
More importantly, she stepped up.

She took on the challenge of looking past the chaos and finding the good side of this mule. That kind of thing doesn’t happen by accident. It takes patience, feel, leadership, and a whole lot of heart.
