Sinaloa is the home of Mexican seafood and in Mazatlán lies one of the worlds largest shrimp hubs. I decided to visit a local beach in Mazatlán and try some of the fresh caught seafood. I found a gentleman running a seafood street food stall and decided to try his spicy hot shrimp skewers. He showed me how they prepare the shrimps first by peeling the skin, then cleaning them, and finally smothering them with a secret home made sauce to give the Mexican shrimp skewers the best taste possible. I also tried a sausage and shrimp combo skewer and was also tasty. Lets just say Mexicans know how to cook some delicious seafood. Hope you enjoy this Mexican street food / seafood vlog.
