HP Switching Power Supply Repair Part 4: Repaired!

Here is part 4 of our HP switched mode power supply epic debug. We progressively recover from our previous ElectroBOOM disaster, and bring our power supply and precious HP 85645A instrument back to life. But not without a few more steps, one of them maybe involving too much reverse engineering. As if there is such a thing.
