GRA Junction FLYOVER Bridge Construction

Rivers State Executive council recently approved the construction of a fourth Flyover bridge at the GRA junction along Port Harcourt - Aba Expressway as part of the Infrastructural development agenda for the state which is important for the alleviation of poverty and faster growth to improve the socioeconomic life of the people of the state.
