D'Angelico Showroom Sessions Ep. 1: Bucky Pizzarelli

D’Angelico Guitars | January 4th, 2017 — In the first ever D’Angelico Showroom Session, jazz legend Bucky Pizzarelli shares the story of his longtime relationship with John D’Angelico, his love for the EXL-1, and why D’Angelico guitars are “the greatest thing in the world”.

Mr. Pizzarelli’s career as a guitar player spans over 80 years where he has played and recorded with everyone from Ray Charles, Benny Goodman, Stéphane Grappelli, Les Paul, Paul McCartney. Now at age 90, Bucky is still playing nearly 100 shows per year where he is accompanied by fellow acclaimed jazz guitarist Ed Laub.
