BARF / RAW food diet meat grinder under $400 - Is it any good??

I will give my first impressions, and demonstrate this low cost meat grinder that I bought for making our English Bulldog's BARF (Raw Food) diet. Can this grinder meet my needs for less than $400????

Note: Price has gone up since the making of this video, but is still by far cheaper then any of the other comparable grinders.
