🔧 Working Process Overview

1. Automatic Sheet Feeding System
The machine adopts an automatic motor feeding system, reducing labor cost and allowing one operator to manage production efficiently.

2. Heating System
The sheet is transferred into the heating furnace via servo-driven tracks.
Equipped with high-efficiency heating tiles (650W each) and vacuum insulation cotton, the system ensures energy saving and stable heating performance.
Total heating tiles: 120 pcs (upper 64 / lower 56)
Upper furnace: 2050 × 806 mm
Lower furnace: 1800 × 806 mm

3. Forming & Cutting Station
TQC-650B is a single-station thermoforming machine with in-mold cutting technology.
The four-pillar structure ensures stable operation and reduced noise.
Servo motor stretching ensures uniform pressure and consistent product thickness, improving product quality compared to traditional pneumatic systems.

4. Product Stacking System
Finished products can be collected in three ways:

Manual collection
Belt stacker (for cups)
Robot stacker (for trays, plates, containers, and small cups)

5. Waste Recycling System
An integrated waste material recycling system moves up and down via motor, saving space and improving efficiency. It can also be connected to a sheet extruder to form a complete production line.
