When One Contract Was Enough | E-Mini NQ 1-Minute Scalping Trade

A quick and smooth E-Mini NQ scalp during the New York session on the 1-minute timeframe.

After a period of consolidation, the market started showing clear bearish momentum. We observed a strong downside move and waited for confirmation before entering 1 contract short. The initial stop loss was placed approximately 16 points above the entry.

Shortly after entry, NQ continued moving lower smoothly. A sudden pullback followed with two strong green candles pushing against the position, but the overall structure still suggested a minor retracement rather than a reversal.

As bearish momentum returned, the stop loss was adjusted and reduced to roughly 8 points of risk. The market then accelerated lower and quickly reached our target area, where we secured approximately 40 points.

The market continued lower after our exit, but our target had already been achieved, so there are absolutely no regrets. The goal was to execute the plan and take profits at the predetermined level.

The entire trade lasted only about 5–6 minutes, although the edited video has been shortened to around 4 minutes for easier viewing.

It is not designed to guide, influence, or encourage any trading behavior. If someone learns something from watching, that is completely incidental. Any learning or interpretation from this video is completely incidental and not the purpose of the content.

To maintain a consistent upload schedule, videos may be published days, weeks, or months after they were recorded.

Some clips may show partial views of charts or simplified visuals to keep the focus on price action and execution moments. This is intentional and part of the presentation style, not a claim of performance or completeness.

Content Schedule Note:
To maintain a consistent upload schedule, videos may be published days, weeks, or months after they were recorded.

Uploads are not necessarily published in chronological order, and a video may be released long after it was originally recorded.

Not every upload represents a trade taken on the day of publication.

The goal is consistency in content, not frequency in trading.

About Video Timing:
Upload date ≠ Trade date.

I don't trade every day.
I don't force trades.
I don't need today's market to make today's video.
The channel is built from a library of recorded executions.
Some trades stay in storage longer than others.
