Sherp ATV amphibious vehicle - made in Ukraine available in the USA

I spotted this amphibious vehicle at SEMA 2018. Its made in Ukraine for recreation use only. It is not a military vehicle even though it looks like one.

It runs on a Kubota turbo Diesel engine that is fully mechanical. No electronics so it might make for a good bug out vehicle/SHTF vehicle?

And the biggest selling point...it can drive on land and water so it can go place 99% of the population can't go.
