I've been on YouTube talking about fragrance and my perfume collection for a few years now. My perfume obsession really kicked off in 2020 and I just got thinking, if I could talk to 2020 Claire, what advice would I give?

I came to fragrance really not knowing anything at all about it, but just wanting to know more and smell more. I've learnt a lot about my perfume taste and how I consume and chose fragrances most effectively and these are my top 10 pieces of advice to myself if I were starting my perfume collection over again.

It can be easy to overconsume with fragrance and blind buy, unfortunately perfume addiction is a very real thing.

What piece of advice would you tell yourself from your perfume future to your perfume past? What have you learnt? How long have you been into perfume? Did your perfume obsession start in the lockdown? Did buying fragrance ever become an addiction for you?
