This song is a synopsis and summary of the movie Animal released in 2005 written by Ving Rhames and featuring Terrence Howard. It is a story of father, son and grandson and the message is paying it forward. James (Ving Rhames) is a hardcore gangster who ends up in jail for years and throughout his prison sentence he is changed by Bergwell (Jim Brown) through the teachings of Willy Linch, a slave owner from the 1800's.

I was personally inspired to write this song as I could relate deeply to the perpetuity of crime and the illusion that it pays. What caught me even better is the oppressive state we put ourselves in and then blame the government or any other fictitious character. As a black man this empowered me and affirmed my kingship as my mind set has been free since birth.
