Medical: 0.5mm - 2.5mm
Cosmetic: 0.2mm - 0.3mm
Nano: 0.1mm - 0.15mm
If you do nano needling with the Dr. Pen, it usually needs to be set at 2.25 (with the special nano cartridge in it)

The Gloves I use while needling are from Amazon as well and they are very thick, and won't rip if you have longer nails (haven't for me anyway). When I used to buy them (prior to the pandemic) they were only $9 and they have raised the price a lot & the quality isn't the best with some of them. It is hit or miss.
