First things you will need is a logo, good pictures/listing and a reference post.

A logo you can literally pay someone a side gig website like fiver to make a website, i made my first logo by myself i used this website called canva, not sponsored and you guys can experiment and learn how to make your own logo

Good pictures/listing you want to make sure your pictures have good lighting and shows the best features of the shoes

Lace up the laces
Take off the little rocks of the soles

Little details like that go a long way and can be the tipping point for potential customers

A reference post

A reference post is a post where people who have done business with you can comment on the post and detail how the transaction went with you
This is important because the more positive reviews you get the more trustworthy you are

Do NOT fake refs, do not ask random people to comment that you’ve done good business if you didn’t, it wont work out and people that might leave those refs might be scammers and the you can be labeled as a scammer.

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS
There are a lot of scammers starting off, usually when you are first starting off they will target you. They will seem very interested in your item and won't even negotiate. And then they will usually ask you for your email to be able to send you the money but the reason that they need your email is to send a fake email from the payment company like paypal, saying the sent you the money.
