David Blight at the North Carolina Civil War 150 Symposium
David Blight of Yale University delivers the keynote address at the North Carolina Civil War 150th Symposium. His presentation is entitled "Race and Reunion: Has Civil War Memory United of Divided America?."
The symposium was organized around the theme "Contested Past: Memories and Legacies of the Civil War," and was held on May 20, 2011 at the N.C. Museum of History in Raleigh.
