Most of us associate Brussels sprouts with the deterrent smell that comes from cooking and the bitter taste. The prejudices result from the fact that people usually eat inadequately prepared Brussels sprouts. Steamed or boiled in water with milk, it has no bitterness at all.
Fresh Brussels sprouts are great baked in the oven with the addition of olive oil. A few more little extras and you won't be able to tear yourself away from the Brussels sprouts - you'll love it!
