Russel Napier on low interest rate regime, emerging markets, COVID impact | The Interview

He is one of the best-known deflationists in the world and has changed his view for the first time to Inflation; saying developed world inflation could touch 4% by 2021. EM‘s getting through this especially countries without foreign-denominated currency loans, financial restrictions and low debt to GDP ratio will attract capital.

Russell Napier says he expects early-stage reflation in the next few months and that India will be at the prime inflection point in about a year’s time and that apart from India, he is bullish on Japanese equities, value equities versus big tech, and of course gold.
