Best Crew Size? | My Experience(S)

What's the best crew size for your lawn business? The answer has seemed to change for us. I would like to share with you my experience in running different size crews from solo, to a helper, to 3 and even trying a 4 man crew. The guys were unanimous in wanting reduced hours in part because they are paid well. This strategy will not work by not paying employees an above average/higher wage. I would encourage you to pay as absolutely well as you can... there are so many hidden benefits to stretching a bit on hrly wages. Good luck, and God Bless.
