Brisket Hash in the Instant Pot | Easy Leftover Meal

Every now and then we find ourselves with leftover Brisket from a competition of cooking at home. This is an amazingly simple way to use that leftover Brisket and your Instant Pot to make an easy meal. Brisket Hash is what we call it, you may call it something else....even SOS, but I think we can all agree to call it delicious!

Ingredients:
Medium White Onion Chopped
Left Over Brisket Chopped
1 Pkg McCormick Brown Gravy Mix
1/3 Box Beef Broth
1 stick butter

Procedure:
1. Saute chopped onion with one stick butter.
2. Mix one package of gravy mix with 1/3 box of beef broth, then put everything in the instant pot.
3. Add broth.
4. Set Instant Pot to High Pressure for 6 minutes and release manually after it is done.
5. It's great poured over the top of mashed potatoes, rice and even toast.
